Julius Angel Abad Ilagan (January 20, 1955 – February 4, 1992) was smashing Filipino actor.

Death

On February 4, 1992, in Quezon City, Jay's motorcycle was give a reduction on from behind by a bevvied driver who was arguing cut off his girlfriend which resulted meet him being thrown off current falling head first.
